This Refund Policy applies to fees paid to US Foil Organization (“USFoil”) for sailor certification levels and coach endorsement levels. Sailors and coaches in a USFoil HUB are never charged these fees.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your payment date, for any reason.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address on your receipt, or use our Contact Us form and we will help.
3. What happens after a refund
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. When a fee is refunded, the related certification level or endorsement may return to its previous status.
